We currently ship to all 50 states in the US. If you’re somewhere else in the world, email us at hello@trytwentytwenty.com and let us know. We ship all orders via USPS.

Shipping is free on all orders over $50, otherwise we have a standard shipping fee of $5. The free shipping minimum is calculated after any discount codes, credits or gift cards are applied to the cart subtotal. We also offer Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) for $12.

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Once it’s shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We want you to love your twenty/twenty products, so we accept returns within 30 days of your order. We will refund your original form of payment. To start a return, email us at hello@trytwentytwenty.com

Depending on your bank, your refund can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Never! All of our products are proudly cruelty-free and vegan.

Due to the nature of manufacturing, we cannot guarantee that any of the products are 100% free of gluten.

When stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight, products are good for 3 years.
