Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally! Rates are calculated at checkout.
How much is US shipping?
Shipping is free on all US orders over $40, otherwise we have a standard shipping fee of $5. The free shipping minimum is calculated after any discount codes, credits or gift cards are applied to the cart subtotal. We also offer Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) for $12.
When will my order ship? How long will it take to arrive?
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Once it’s shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your twenty/twenty products, so we accept returns within 60 days of your order. Please check out our Refund Policy for additional information.
How long does it take to process my return?
Depending on your bank, your refund can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Do you test on animals?
Never! All of our products are proudly cruelty-free and vegan.

Are your products gluten free?
Due to the nature of manufacturing, we cannot guarantee that any of the products are 100% free of gluten.
What is the shelf life of your products?
When stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight, products are good for 3 years.
Once opened and used, we recommend replacing your makeup products every 3 months to maintain proper eye hygiene!
